Baby Blue Rosecut Aquamarine Stone Oxidized Sterling Silver Textured Quatrefoil Pendant Necklace

This pendant was hand fabricated from sterling silver sheet metal and wire. It features an oval, rosecut aquamarine in a pretty, light baby blue hue. The stone is bezel set in fine silver. I used heavy gauge round wire to create a quatrefoil shape. My quatrefoil shape is slightly imperfect, not exactly symmetrical. I used a stamp to texture the round wire. The silver was oxidized and I kept the recessed parts of the setting very dark. Hung from a delicate, oxidized sterling silver box chain.

The pendant is 1.25" in length and .78" in width. The box chain is 1.25 mm in width and 18" in length.
