Is your site secure?
Yes. This site is protected with an SSL certificate. I don't have access to any credit card information.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, I have credit card processing through Square.
Do you accept returns?
I offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. Items must be in original, unworn condition.
What happens if I have a problem with a piece of jewelry after the 30 day return policy?
I don't sell disposable jewelry. If I have made a construction error that causes a piece to break, or lose a stone, I will make it right at my expense.
Do you do custom work?
Depending on my schedule, I am open to custom orders. Just ask!
Do you ever have sales or offer coupons?
No. I price my work at the lowest price possible, everyday.
Why do you need my email address? Am I going to end up on an email list?
I only use emails for sales related issues. I will not use your email for promotional purposes without your consent.
